3.1. Account Registration: To access our services, you must register for an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. Acceptable Use: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You will not engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or availability of our services or infringe upon the rights of others.
3.3. Data Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regularly backing up your data to prevent any loss or damage. We will not be liable for any data loss or unauthorized access to your data.
3.4. Prohibited Content: You shall not upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this provision.

4. Payment and Billing:
4.1. Fees: You agree to pay the fees for the selected services as specified on our website or as mutually agreed upon. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment Terms: Payments shall be made in the currency and method specified by Vianubis. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in our services, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology, remain the sole property of Vianubis. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vianubis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing written notice to the other party. We may also suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of a breach of this Agreement or if required by law. Upon termination, your access to our services will be revoked, and you must cease using our services.

8. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received from the other party during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
